"TCPUART" - Privacy Policy

"TCPUART" does not collect or share anything.

PERMISSIONS:

permission required for
android.permission
.INTERNET		 connecting to TCP Server Socket or starting a TCP Server, according to the settings made by the user.
android.permission
.FOREGROUND_SERVICE		 keeping the TCP <-> UART bridge active with the screen OFF
android.permission
.POST_NOTIFICATIONS		 displaying "TCPUART running" notification. Android 13+ requires the android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission in order to display notifications. App. does not explicitly ask for this permission at runtime (notification will be hidden by default on Android 13+). User can enable the displaying of notification by manually allowing this permission from App info -> Permissions.
